All assessors and inspectors used by Poole HIPs have a tailor made personal development plan to include professional development relevant to their individual requirements. To maintain our high standards of service, all our assessors (DEAs) undertake continous training and are subject to constant quality checks.

Communications: Communication is an important factor in a service industry, so communication policies are frequently and systematically reviewed and if necessary, modified for improvement. The review process involves consultation with the companies customers.

Product: Constantly looking for improvements in everything we supply is directly linked to maintaining a high level of service. Any feedback is welcomed and put to good use!

Technological improvements: With new advances constantly appearing, we are permanently scanning the market for equipment and software to help improve our service.

To ensure confidence, all our Domestic Energy Assessors are fully qualified, accredited, security checked, insured and have to undergo criminal records checks. We feel our reputation is extremely important, so we hand select our DEAs, seeking professionalism, reliability and high standards of work.
