We have tried to make the Poole hips Home Information pack system as simple as possible.

The Process

Once we've received your instruction we will need to complete a sale statement and set the wheels in motion to start the searches.

In the meantime an Energy Performance Assessment will need to be carried out to create the EPC.

This will mean a visit to the property by an assessor who will need to take some measurements and photos before then creating the Energy Performance Certificate.

The visit at the property normally takes under an hour and the assessor will be more than happy to try and answer any questions you have.

By dealing direct with Poole Hips and not having to pass instructions through a third party the whole process can normally be completed within 7 working days and often faster. The EPC details will be available earlier than this.
