Whenever Poole Hips receive an instruction we shall do our utmost to issue you with a Statement of Commission within one working day so that you can proceed with advertising your property for sale.
Once this is done we shall proceed with the necessary searches and gathering of documents to complete your pack.
The normal turnaround time from onset to completion is currently 7 to 10 working days, although marketing of the property can commence from day one.
